Grove Street is part of a long-term regeneration project being carried out by The Regenda Group, which will eventually replace 144 low-rise flats with 304 new homes across five phases. The scheme repairs the urban fabric of the area, re-establishing historic street patterns and reinstating street-facing front doors so that the estate will no longer be inward-looking and is reconnected to the city around it. Phase 1, comprising 89 one- and two- bedroom apartments, is nearing completion. Residents who were moved out of the existing properties will be offered new, more energy-efficient homes within this phase, re-establishing the existing community.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour is due to start at the site entrance for an introduction/briefing. The meeting point for attendees is the site entry, which is the corner of Grove Street and Falkner Street.
